We at Silaydhara strive to deliver products in the mentioned time and in the finest of conditions.

Shipping Policy

• We ship products all over India.
• Our shipping partners are India Post & Track-On Couriers
• We need 3-4 working days to dispatch your product. Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 7-15 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. In case you are located in a village, semi-rural area or a pin code that comes under ODA (Outside Delivery Area), there might be a slight delay in delivering your products.

• Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. A Shipping charge of Rs. 100/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 3000/-
• The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is lost in transit by us.
• The whole order amount including any delivery charges minus a transaction fee of ₹ 50 will be refunded if the order is canceled before dispatch
• Please reach out to us directly on our phone or email for international orders. We do not cater to international orders from our website. We will hopefully begin to cater them by Mid-2023.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Silaydhara. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

• Please write to us at silaydhara@gmail.com or whatsapp us at +91 8107499848 informing us of the reasons for the return. Please mention your invoice no., product details and the reason for return.
• If you receive products in a torn or ruined state, please inform us immediately.
• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If the products are found to be used or damaged, we will not be able to refund your money or help you with exchange
• If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than www.silaydhara.com, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.

All your queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10:30am-5:00pm. All pending queries will be solved the next day. 
• We request you keep your communication with us either on email, or on WhatsApp for all your order related queries.
• Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
• WE CANNOT ARRANGE A RETURN PICKUP FOR YOU.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• The to and fro courier cost will be borne by you if you wish to return the product. In case of refunds, we shall refund the total amount paid for the products and not shipping if any.
• Kindly allow 10 days from the delivery date for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account.
