Salma ji likes to take care of her home very fondly. She is very good at making beautiful quilts by filling small leftover pieces of fabric and putting together a multi-colour craft. She has been part of Silaydhara from last 2 years.Â

Khushboo specializes in creating wallets at Silaydhara. She is the youngest of all the team members. She has two small kids who are always around her.Â

Begum ji is a very talented woman. She has been part of Silaydhara from the beginning and has been a backbone of our work. The way she manages her home is a thing to learn. She saves money from stitching and utilises it efficiently in supporting her kids to learn new skill or getting resources for that. She specializes in stitching Jewellery pouch and Meditation Mats.

When there is new design to add to the product line, Rubina Ji is the one who always does it right in the first attempt. She is humorous and likes to talk about her family often. She also has been the backbone of Silaydhara from the onset.Â

Samjida ji is very hard-working and effectively manages to find time in her daily chores to sew beautiful bags. She has been with Silaydhara from the beginning and specializes in stitching beautiful shopping bags and fridge bag sets for Silaydhara. She is very sincere in her work. Even if stitching go wrong, she doesn't hesitate or get irritated to do it again.
